Absolutely! We welcome tours during business hours. We recommend calling ahead to schedule your visit, especially on busy days. Tours of the play areas are kept brief since unfamiliar visitors can excite the dogs. Weekend tours (Fridays and Saturdays) can be challenging to accommodate due to high activity levels.
We maintain two distinct play areas daily. Our smaller group typically includes dogs under 40 pounds, along with select calmer, senior, or lower-energy larger dogs who thrive with gentler playmates. The larger group accommodates dogs over 40 pounds who enjoy more energetic, active play. All larger dogs in the small group are carefully vetted for gentle play behavior.
Daycare packages are fully refundable at any time for unused days, regardless of how much time has passed. If you purchase 20 days, use just one, and request a refund years later, we'll gladly reimburse the remaining 19 days. Our passes never expire, can transfer to other dogs or clients, and have zero maintenance fees. We believe when you pay for something, you deserve that value or your money back.
Yes, we welcome all breeds without discrimination.
We understand veterinary recommendations to delay neutering until 12-18 months for certain breeds due to health benefits. We fully support following your vet's medical advice. Our six-month requirement is based solely on behavioral considerations in group settings. We recognize this timeline may not work for every dog.
While uncommon, scuffles can occur when dogs play in groups. We prioritize prevention and de-escalation techniques. When incidents happen, involved dogs are immediately separated and placed in quiet areas for thorough injury checks. Dogs displaying repeated aggressive behavior are not permitted to return.
We don't offer services outside posted hours. If your dog remains at closing time, they'll be given dinner and automatically transition to overnight boarding, which you'll be charged for.
